The CD calendar is extremely versatile. The specially designed CD jewel case allows for up to 20 individual gloss cover stock sheets to create an 18 month calendar with front and back covers. With the addition of an adhesive foam insert, a CD can be placed in the case along with the calendar. Or discuss other insert possibilities with us to maximize your advertising dollar.

The styles and possibilities for your calendar are endless. You can design your artwork, or have our graphics department create a unique look for you. Stock calendars are also available, and we'll pad print your company name and information on the case for permanent display.

Minimum calendar order: 100 pcs.
Format: 4/0, 4/1 or 4/4 print
Number of months: Up to 18 months on 80# gloss cover stock
Case size: 4 7/8” x 5 5/8”
Calendar Page Size: 4 9/16” x 5 5/16”
Artwork requirements: Camera ready art, or files created in Mac or PC format on a CD along with fonts and images created from applications such as Quark Xpress, Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator at 300 dpi and CMYK format with 1/8" bleed.
Packaging: Bulk, unless shrink wrapping is specified.
Proofs: Initial full color proof is provided. Additional cost for each proof required thereafter.
Shipping Terms: F.O.B. our facility in Hebron, Illinois.
Shipping weight: Approximately 25 lbs. per 100 calendars.
Lead time: Varies depending on quantity, but typically 2 – 3 weeks after date of proof approval. Any order which requires expedited processing less than 2 weeks will add an additional 20% to the order.
Over run: A 5% over run will complete the order.
Cancellations: If for any reason an order is canceled at any time, charges will be incurred for all work completed up to that point plus a 10% handling fee.
